***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

i'm a tactical officer in escorts and want MES, how do i get it? ive checked all the available officers and none of them have it as a skill i can train my current officers

I'm afraid I don't know, but I can say with other skills that you train up a captain skill to max rank that allows you to train a BOff skill. That might be the way.

What's MES? You mean mez powers? Or Mask Energy Signature?

Answer: Go to the personnel area in Earth Spacedock and talk to the bridge officer trainer. There, under the ensign skills, you will find MES I. You have to train it. Or, you could buy a BOff that already has it from the NPC to the left of the trainer. Costs 100 starfleet merits to buy a boff, 75 to train a new skill.

i looked there, couldnt see it. what class trains it? engineer or science?

edit - nevermind i looked through the bridge officer vendor, didn't relise there was a seperate trainer
