Claimed both, and I still don't have a retail key. If my DDE is already active, then I can't claim my preorder stuff, so someone's info is a litte off here...
Hm, maybe I'm wrong then. I "claimed" it, but it isn't actually functional. Haven't seen any pre-order or special edition bonuses with that. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.
The title is for people who joined the forums before May 2009. You can't "claim" it until you apply your retail key.
Wow and i though i didnt know much, i already claimed both the Ambassador and special envoy titles in game and using the ambassador one currently. Please i thought the sign up date was the envoy one.

You can claim them now apparently. Go to the C-Store, then grab them from there. You'll end up with two solid grey items in your inventory (honestly you'll think there's nothing there at first), and you then right click and equip them. Then they'll show up in your title list.
