They are not bound upon pickup, so feel free to exchange, trade, etc.

Regarding Elite Fleet Disruptors vs. Nanite Disruptors:

The difference between Elite Fleet Disruptors and Nanite Disruptors is a little hard to see on the surface, but it's actually a very important distinction.

The Elite Fleet Disruptor proc causes the enemy's shields to take more damage when they absorb energy weapon fire.

The Nanite Disruptor proc causes the enemy's shields to absorb less damage, allowing a larger percentage to directly affect the target's hull.

The +10% Turn, is that +10% of Base Turn? Is it affected by the -3 that was recently corrected for RCS/Tachyo/SIT? Or is even +10% Turn as a final modifier?

So i guess you dont have to be romulan to fly romulan ships .
I have an involuntary giggle every time someone uses the word "disgust" in reference to anything in a game.

Hmm, i notice that no mention of lobi crystals with the tal shiar lockbox.
Do they provide lobi crystals as well?

Yep

Cheers,

Brandon =/\=
Brandon, can you expand on your answer a bit? usually there is mention in the Lockbox release list of the Drop rate of Lobi in the box, but this one does not. Okay, it drops lobi, but at what rate? Same as Ferengi? Same as Dominion? Same as Tholian?

    • Helmsman - Space Trait:
      • +10% Flight Turn Rate
      • Evasive Maneuvers cooldown reduced by 10sec
    • Precise - Space Trait:
      • +25% Accuracy vs. Small Targets (Torpedoes, Mines, Fighters, etc.)
    • Conduit - Ground Trait:
      • Extra Shield Heal when using Shield Charges.
      • Extra Damage Bonus when using Power Cells.
    • Disassembler - Ground Trait:
      • +10% Damage vs. Non-Living Targets (Turrets, Holograms, etc.)

There will be a a FAQ posted shortly that details the full contents of potential prizes of the Tal Shiar Lock Box

So nanite disruptors' proc basically buffs bleedthrough portion of the damage that gets to the shield?

Also, yay for tradeable turn rate and accuracy buff traits. As I said, will be very sought after.

The more I look at that cruiser, the more I hear this. And that's probably all i'll hear when i'm flying it around.

Do the Destroyer and the Cruiser have their own bridges?
Iconian? A label created by the Dewans to give voice to their destruction.
In the end, what they chose to call us is irrelevant.
We simply... are.
