stacks are counted as 1

it seems it counts used attachment slots,

so 20 mails with 5 attachments each seems to be the limit (presumably 100 mails with 1 attachment would also work)

Well have fun then with all the items going to nirvana when they return unsold from the exchange because you reached the limit.

Likely designed to reduce resource usage on thier side, with the added bonus of attempting to push slot sales. I dont stick starbase food in mail anymore, too time consuming. They already dont bother returning items attachd to mail deleted accidentally, contrary to stated mail policy.

I'm thinking this too. Though it seems a better solution would be to only call up the mailbox list when the mailbox is actually opened, not everytime a player changes maps.

Myself and many other players I know go though hundreds of doffs a day just to keep up with the requirements of the starbase. Additional slots won't help us.

If they fixed starbase inputs, this wouldnt be a big deal, but it is clear the doff imbalance isn't an issue they are concerned about (probably because it indirectly makes them money while at the same time losing them even more money because starbases become stagnant)

You've gotta be siting on a ginormous pile of fleetcredits boots, you wont notice when you open the airlock and set them free...plus you'll be off the starbase in half the time. Now if you're talking alts who are looking for doffs, yeah, this is a problem.

Well, storing items is never a problem, but DOFFs... you can't even spam the exchange with them since the limit is 40 items for sale per alt.

id be happy with a delete all mail button. i got so much i can open the mail without crashing.
