I am really sick of this run-arounds.
I went to options to find and change the settings to enable.
now I wasted over 2 hours with "3rd party" billing services.
I am fed up trying to fix it and keep getting "Browser setting" error.
I even went to Microsoft to look up on internet option sites, scaling all the cookies.
I find this Zen/C-store a very buggy, misleading, carrot bait and switch tactics, very unfriendly cookie cache issues.
what happen to in-game buying process? going to out of game window is very buggy...
I prefer quick and simple process but not struggling with them over 2 hours just to find out that zen page isn't working right for some windows/explorer services.
I tried all the settings in browser.
so I went to one of online "pay on line" which this PW recommended.
so I tried and sign up with "Click and Buy", and it failed to process because they have no tool to reset "personal profile" when I found their error, they put double middle names, and I had to cancel, and cant readjust because they want me to get newer email.
later I woke up, I got 27 unwanted spams flooding my email.
they have violated privacy act, I had warn them not to use and if I get more spam, I will file lawsuit for amount of 100,000 dollars per each spam, now I don't know what up now, maybe they pulled back and stop?
staff of PW, please make more friendly buy online service, these guys are terrible and prone for hackers, I would say, not to deal with specific buy online services with "3rd party sites" companies.
I am still getting error with browser setting, so I am going back to fix my internet option back to where it was suppose to protect.
PW people, you are asking for another trouble by making others to expose private clients to unprotected settings.
I have changed my CC 3 times last year, it not funny to wait for next card.
CC visa card is not MTG collectable cards.
my local stores don't carry PW pre-paid cards and one of store had them and refuse to sell because they were told those cards were frauds or hacked as soon it hit on register.
well, I guess it time to fix my browser setting....
what do you do if your trying to pay buy credit card and you get this popup that lells ya you need to send Your mobile phone number so they can senda verification code via text message? i did that but i get no response! so now I can`t get any zen! That`s real customer service! one way to drive away people!
I transferred Zen to STO on June 24th and it hasn't shown up yet. I feel a tad bit annoyed about this, and the support ticket page doesn't work for me (whole other fiasco) so I'm airing my problem here. As you can figure, I've logged in a number of times since then and nothing has shown up.
Why do I need to give my debit / credit card number, when i want to pay with PayPal? I made Zen purchases last year, and never asked for it, and i do not want to give it. That is why I want to pay with PayPal and not with card... Is this a PayPal thing, or Cryptic/ PWE made the restriction?
(I do not have a so called "verified" account on PayPal- which means i didn't add my debit card to the account. I just usually top up my account from my bank account with a transfer.)
I know how to use the zen system however i have incidents for more than one occasion where i purchased zen but never got it and i am owed enough zen to buy 5 romulan dreadnoughts and 3 shuttles/fighters
