Well guys, a friend of mine, who have registered recently, want to change its e-mail address.
He tried to change it via "My Account" -> "Change E-Mail".
but there was a problem.
He can't change it, because an error message occurred:
"We can't process your request ... submit a ticket etc..."
He tried to submit a ticket, but another error message occurred:
"We can't process your request ..."
So ... are you fu**in kidding us ?
God, he wanted to change his e-mail because he wanted to validate the account, but having mistyped the e-mail the first time, he has not received any e-mail confirmation.
