by the time you can get it.. its useless because you already have access to the JH set. which has a better shield and engine.. just swap the JH deflector for a nice positron and you are set.

I actually busted this set out to run on my risian vette. It actually works quite well for the build i rock. i have 2 antiproton DHC's up front with the Rapid reaload transphasic and the cluster torp, in the back i have 3 antiproton turrets. so in my tactical slots i have two antiproton consoles and two transphasic consoles. it works nicely in PvE.
Inertia just means you can do Powerslides in you carrier!
I am Il Shadow and i approve these Shennanigans!
Put the Breen set on a MU Vo'Quv once as an experiment. To see if I could get the Battle Barge to turn sooner than next week. And it did. Didn't do much else with it afterwards. Breen Set was all I had at the time and I wanted to see if sets were better than standard gear. Specifically, I was researching whether or not the extra free abilities made up for the weaknesses inherent in all sets. The new visuals are a nice touch on any KDF or Rommie ship. On balance, after using it on a few other ships, it makes a nice entry level set which is better than nothing at all. Its chief virtue is it being fairly easy (read inexpensive) to acquire. Aegis and Breen both need an adjustment for the better

The Jem'hadar and the Breen set should be implemented into a reputation set themselves, yes I know this would suck because of more grind, but it would add to more possible reputation bonuses and another sink in game for Cryptic.
