After i log in and the screen start loading for the map, it gets to about 96/97 on the loading counter then takes ages to make and progress. If i wait a long while maybe 10 mins , then i am in game but my ship can only rotate but not move forward or back. I also cant warp, the fleet window is messed up (no statistical data on any pages, just the last news on first page), Duty offer window is messed up (show a list of all the complete missions with no text and can not be collected), Dilithium store wont pop up, but the Zen store will (lol what a surprise), cant visit bridge. Basically all i can just sit there rotating and watching other ships fly by normally. Cant even leave the map.
i have taken my time to read reports similar to my problem on STO forums site and none of the suggestions have worked

download program pingplotter, set intervals to 1s and put this adress to field "adress to trace" 220.127.116.11 (it is sto server) and you can see how much packets you will lose, problem can lie here.
post here results (save resuts to file and gice link here to file).
why it is in txt format and not in pp2 format ? so it can be loaded by program and easily viwed ?
it is mainly for pw network guy so he can reviev it, find faults and put it up (where it will sit unoticed ).
