When F2P started, people started to think that 1v1 works in here so I made a decision:
If you can kill my Eng 1v1, you will win 10 mill EC - if you don't, you owe me 1 mill EC.

There's a big difference between a 1v1 where it is the first to a kill and it being about one person having to kill the other. If the Eng isn't worried about having to kill the other person...well...yeah.

1v1 is hardly PvP, honestly. It's either a stalemate or a rolfstomp, and rarely do you get a fun, even match.

What if you fail to kill your foe, will you pay 1million EC to them?

I ask because it was always easy to make an unkillable Engie build for 1v1. Moreso now that stacking Tac buffs have been nerfed.

No offense but that is pretty lame...building a super tank engineer that is basically indestructible in 1 vs. 1 is not at all that difficult. My Odyssey has proven unbeatable in 1 vs. 1 time and time and time again. Can easily withstand alpha strikes, big red ball of death, and B.O. double tap when it was available all at the same time no problem. Sure it made me get a swollen head but that doesn't mean it was the best PvP build or something.

The issue is...are you useful to your team in the match. Can you heal them for at least 13,000 hit points or more every 15 seconds? Can you clear mines, pets, torps, ect. so the escorts can do their job in peace?

Tell you what...if you kill me I'll give you 10,000,000 EC...I'll even up the anti, if you do more damage on your Engi cruiser than mine I'll give you 5,000,000 EC and if you lose...you don't owe me a thing.

The name is Grayfox@GrayfoxJames in-game and after we're done win or lose go prove yourself in a 5 vs. 5 match.

Again just a friendly match to show that 1 vs. 1 is not real PvP.

OK, while I personally don't see all that much reason to 1v1 a super Eng tank, you should at least be told that Trinity/TheCylus is a top notch premade healer.

I am kinda of tempted to take this offer up too. Bring a effload of bleed to that fat whale of a cruiser. At least in this case you avoid half the tank alone. I must say though tsi must have fallen off the map if this is what their players do nowadays. Worst that can happen is I lose 1 million in chump change! Heck I put 1million ec up my toons nose each night

Being unkillable in Stall Trek Online is the easiest thing to do...
Even tac vs tac results in a stalemate if one is not an escort.
