The theme is Windows 7 itself, it is not a 3 party software.
Have just tried to disable the styles, but still without success. The information you are missed.
So, I emptied the cache of Internet Explorer, including the offline cache.
The browser is currently in the online operation, but not previously as the default browser.
Even if it is default browser on the information you need on the launcher do not come.
Yes, I have the Laucher according to the preferences of these new starts and runs in the administration mode.
When I press the F9 key to access the detailed information, the window does not come at the very first time. I must tend to hold the F9 key, and after 1-2 seconds then comes the detail window flashing as in the background.

Oh, the patching process has just been completed. Now I'm not going any further testing.
But as soon as tomorrow, the second client has downloaded this, perhaps I'll try it.
