***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

After a half an hour I figured out that the pop up box was an error.

You must use firefox or internet explorer.

just FYI, safari is the most insecure browser on the web.

IE6 still accounts for 45% of the user base... so you're not quite correct, just mostly correct. :p
