***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

When I click 'submit' on the launcher it crashes. My launcher version is
CL_2010_01_06_22_23

Why is the launcher in an Internet Explorer window? That seems crazy.

Please post the error ID number so we can look up the details of the crash.
