***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher

So my steam has been downloading STO for last 6 hours, its completed, the launcher started and now its patching 10gigs, what going on?

hi mate i got the game through steam and i did not get this problem steam took around 5 hours to download then i have a 100 ish meg file in the patcher now im just waiting for the servers to let us in

damn, this is terrible, already took 7 hours for steam to get it now the launcher is trying to do 10gigs again, anyone have any idea how long they take to reply to support tickets?
