hi! i have ordered STO from amazon germany. I've received the Beta Key yesterday. Now I only need the game :-)

I haven't. I ordered 6 days ago on January 6th and I have seen nothing to indicate I'll even be getting one with the order. I'm at work right now anyways, but I've got the next 3 days off and I'm hoping they're not gonna sit on open beta codes for too long...

Rang Amazon customer service and they read mine out over the phone as I'd not received it. Suggest anyone lese waiting does the same

all you have to do is e-mail them using the service on the website. i got my key within a few hours, albeit a day late.

the download is a big un tho!

I ordered the gold edition from amazon.de and received my key at 10.01.2010 via e-mail. The message said, the extra key for a female borg officer (special offer for preorder) will be sent at 02.02.2010.

Really? A female borg comment in the [dreams of Seven start to pollute my mind] string of text? I really need to read such things. My eyes went right to the code sequence after which I immediately copied and pasted it into my account.

I pre-ordered the CE this weekend from Amazon, no beta key e-mail was sent. I recently sent customer service an email requesting my key but am using a $5 Best Buy pre-order and Beta key for the moment.
