Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Ground portions of the game are still stuttering and getting love FPS however the space part seems fine. Using a Geforce 275 GTX and the latest Geforce Drivers.
I recall this exact same stuttering happening with Champions Online and now it is happening to me and others again with STO. I have an Nvidia GeForce 8800GTS 640MB... I have put my drivers to 190.62 as recommended. Graphic settings in game are set to "recommended"...
What else can be done about this insane stuttering (that I truly can't believe hasn't been fixed in this engine since CO was released). Please help.
Well, hopefully you are right. But I can't help but think that if the issue with this game engine can't be fixed in 6 months time for the launch of a new game, it can't be fixed at all (or at least wont be). I was really surprised the issue was still hppening when I loaded up the game today.
it would be nice if we get an official reply from cryptic to this issue but all i see is it been egnored witch does scare me a bit pionting at the engine and it cannot be fixed so please cryptic please post a reply
Yay. I also have a GeForce 8800... I love that I can run Modern Warfare 2 at full options on a 64 inch TV at full options with no slow down/stutter for the entire game, yet this I stutter worse than someone with a speech impediment. Sigh.
