I'm sure this is very low on your priority list with the chaos that is the open beta launch, but I would like to recommend that you make your homepage a bit more context sensitive.
For example, as a logged in user who has redeemed a pre-order key, I should not be seeing the ubiquitous "Join open beta", "Pre-order now", and "Redeem your open beta key" ads since I've obviously done all 3.
Why not encourage a bit more interaction with "Download the client" [something people can't seem to figure out how to do], "Discuss in the forums" and other such useful links?
The website will be changing quite a bit between now and launch anyway. I doubt it's worth their effort to sort out stuff like this, when it'll all get cleared out to make way for more game-related stuff later on.
