A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I have been seeing Klingon and fed graphics mixed together during character start screen.
Sometimes it'll freeze and not load the characters and others the glitch will pass then load characters just fine.
doing my beta testing job in reporting this nothing more.
