I'm sorry, but Cryptic should be WELL AWARE of this problem.

I'm not willing to listen to any 'cut them some slack' this time around. These same problems happened with their last release, Champions Online, and it seems as though nothing's changed with their servers since then. I hope to God this isn't Champions Online masquerading in Star Trek attire.

My STO sits at retrieving list of characters for a few min but eventually im always able to get back in.

Wow I had hopes as they where gettin allot tword the end of closed beta kinda smoothed out...At least the major things and now today a total fail...ROFL..."sigh" same here at loading charater screen...

This was a problem in closed beta. It seems to me that the 1, something gigs of patch were just for show cuz theres been none of the critical bugs fixed yet.

i started away misson and beamed to the planet ,i found that my toon had been replaced with my ship ??
so tried to log in and out to see if that would clear it and i'm now stuck on the loading screen for 20 mins now

We tried telling them during closed beta that they aren't ready for open beta, nor launch on 2 Feb yet. But, business is business i guess.

Another one stuck "Retrieving List of Characters". This of course happened after I attempted to beam down to the surface, and when I got there I was still in my ship floating over everyone.

I have the same as this and when I then eventually think I am back in the game I get the map is full and it disconnects me.
