***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Hello there. I've been having an issue lately... my client will only connect if I check the "safe mode" box in options. If I don't, the client just never does anything after character selection. Once I'm in game, I can configure the graphics settings to what i want but I can only connect with safe mode on...

Perhaps try re-installing the game, hopefully you kept your install files.

Try updating your drivers to the most recent version - BIG help.

Heh, I've reinstalled the game three times and I'm already at the highest level driver.
