Seems GAMESTOP have failed to provide what they advertised to alot of people, including 2 of my friends who just called to see if i had recieved mine.

Seems like all they have done is advertised it just to secure pre order sales and now ALOT of people have missed out on the Open Beta, but havent actually been able to provide.

I've been looking forward to this for over a year and am a bit dissappointed to be honest, as i play a few online games and was looking forward to actually participating in a beta for once.

I also was upset with game stop so I canceled my preorder and found another gamestop that did receive their beta keys. and preordered there. it worked out lots better.

Yeah, I ordered 3 copies of the game from Gamestop. I got one (1) key the day I was supposed to, and the 2nd today finally. The 3rd? I have no idea yet, and emailing support? HA!

I preordered 2 copies from gamestop on accident. Error with there website. Since I chose in store pickup it had to be done at the store. The store cancelled my extra preorder and gave me a beta key... Then Jan 11th at like 2 am game stop e-mailed me 2 more. LOL im more than satisfied.

I got my key from Gamestop last night by e-mail (I'm in the UK, but wanted the version on the US store). A friend of mine who ordered the same package (collectors edition) before I did, still hasn't had his key, and just an automated response from Gamestop.

Good luck trying to get a human response back from Gamestop support, Cryptic should be on the phone with its partners finding out what happen

OK I feel bad - I cancelled my Gamestop order beacause I misunderstood how bonus stacking worked. I thought I would get BOTH bonuses on BOTH accounts... I know silly me! So anyways, I cancelled with Gamestop and kept Amazon (I trust Amazon WAY more than Gamestop - and I did not care that much the Connie since it is starter ship for all intents and purposes I have come to find out) and 10 minutes later my Open Beta key arrived in my e-mail. So I got my key from Amazon and Gamestop. How many monkey are there over at Gamestop banging on keyboards and not communicating with each other? LOL
