Hello,

I am having an error on the character creation screen in which halfway through the creation process, or if I simply wait long enough (usually 2-3 minutes) the game freezes and the mouse changes to the standard desktop one, there is nothing I can do but ctrl-alt-del the game away.

I've quickly zoomed through the character creation to make a temporary character in order to change video options, I thought perhaps my system was at fault (and I haven't ruled out that possibility still) but I tinkered with the options to no avail.

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, did you figure out how to fix it?
