I have two bridge officers (my 2nd and 3rd ones that I recieved as rewards) that will not allow me to advance their skills. My first BO works fine and I was able to max out his Ensign skills, but my other two just say (spent x/y) with x being at least 20 integers close to y.

But the skills dont have any ranks past 1, and the skills themselves are never any shorter cooldown (i checked).

Just letting the devs know there is a bug with some BO's.
