UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
What I happens is that when I click on the setup.exe it start and goes through the usual steps and when it starts to install it freezes on trying to create the uninstaller, this is what I have tried to far to fix it:
Leaving it for half an hour
Unpacking the zip file that the setup file was in and tried again to install
Switching off firewall ( Commodo) and antivirus (Avira)
Restarting computer and trying again
My computer operating system is Win. 7 64 bit and I download the file off of Gamers Hell. I'm hoping some one has had the same problem and can help as I have no idea what to do.
