What I happens is that when I click on the setup.exe it start and goes through the usual steps and when it starts to install it freezes on trying to create the uninstaller, this is what I have tried to far to fix it:

Leaving it for half an hour
Restarting it
Unpacking the zip file that the setup file was in and tried again to install
Switching off firewall ( Commodo) and antivirus (Avira)
Restarting computer and trying again

My computer operating system is Win. 7 64 bit and I download the file off of Gamers Hell. I'm hoping some one has had the same problem and can help as I have no idea what to do.

Got the same trouble here, just hangs half way through.

Depending on how fast your HDD is, that step could indeed take a while. It needs to decompress and verify most of the install package, which is ~2GB of data.
