It seems a lot of people might be running into corrupted file issues. In fact we've all seen several people's problems get fixed by wiping corrupted files and re-downloading them from the launcher/patcher.

I know all of my data files are in-tact, so perhaps tonight I'l ltry to run a checksum on them so that people can compare their checksums to known-good checksums. Perhaps Coderanger or others at Cryptic can give us a list of checksums on known-good files to have an official list?

Either way, I'll post instructions on this thread tonight to try to help those with possible corrupted file issues.

You might want to start a new thread so others can help you. The community isn't going to be looking here to help other members.

But as for your PC, why do you have a 1,000 watt power supply when you're only running a 9600 video card?

Yes. You can confirm this with the "Date modified" field of your pigg files with the last updated date I posted for each file. I've never seen Cryptic patch more frequently than once a day, and many hogg files are not patched in each update.

EVGA 9600 GSO DDR3 348 / Eats 600watts of power and Has a 2nd power slot to make sure it gets it.
Its the older version before they Redesign the whole line and made them more power Friendly.
