I apologize for taking so long to get this notification out here.
The servers should be back up sooner then the estimated time because our network team has been working on it since it went down, I will update this thread when I have more information.
Giving you the benefit of the doubt, but understand from the hours passed to the customers, it looked like nobody was even aware the server was down. Coupled with that when a server goes down in another game, it doesn't take hours to start it up again... so, I'm wondering what the standards are that didn't appear to be in place, and why the silence for hours if you folks were aware of it? Given that you apologize, you agree that this was not effective, and I'd argue, up to snuff with expectations by customers of an MMO to a technology-oriented service provider.
Bottom line, I'd expect better responsiveness, and a better explanation.
