***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Maybe I got just got lucky but was able to play Friday night after uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Works well so far no apparent issues. Thanks devs for fixing this. I think there are less complaints out now
