A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I am having a bug in which when I beam to a ground instance from space I can no longer walk. This happens with any ground instance including the visit bridge one. If I switch instances or go from a ground instance (say the spacedock) to a ground instance (say visit bridge) or log into a ground instance when I log in I AM able to walk. Seems almost like the space control to ground keys switch isn't coming off clean.
