Isn't lvl 16 the limit for beta testing period? so its normal that you don't get XP. Just watched your video and you were lt. commander 6 = lvl 16.

Tbh they should keep it as a feature, repelling your klingon friends from your own bridge

Ya I thought it was funny. But they should turn off the loot stuff tho. Because people would farm stuff there non-stop.

In pvp the other day I couldn't attack the klingons even though I'm a fed. Then a klingon sent me an invite and I joined them. Some parts of faction obviously are broken.
