UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
My appearence is now permanently stuck looking like I'm wearing Tactical kit for Photon Grenade Mk1 (Uncommon Kit). I put on another kit (Martial Arts MKII) and my appearence stays the same, I took off all kits and my appearence is the same, I did "hide from uniform" (or whatever that option is called) and my appearence stays the same, while in the past it would hide my armour and I'd be shown in my uniform I chose at the start of the game.
So... for the rest of the game I'm going to look like I'm wearing a low level armour and can't show off my custom uniform.
Apologies I'm an idiot... I confused my kit with my armour! Haha. I equpped new armour same time I equipped a new kit, and mistakenly thought my kit gave me the new appearence.
