Because now, even when I turn it on (any setting 2x, 4x, or 8x), nothing at all happens. It says that its on, but it doesn't actually enable. This used to work fine before this patch, but now - nada. For reference, I am using a nVidia GTX275 with the 190 version drivers under Vista64.
