Hello. I preordered Star Trek Online earlier this month. I've tried my 25-character Head Start Key over and over and I get this error.

"This key does not activate any known products."

Could someone PLEASE help? Otherwise I have to go get a refund.

THey are updating/having maintenence on some of the servers atm, and the forum will be down in 10 mins, so I would guess it is only a temporary glitch due to the fact that the weserver couldnt communicate with the server handling the keys.

me too, just bought it from D2D .... will be waiting. I put in a ticket with D2D
