A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
The Liberated Borg should now be available to Lifetime Subscribers. In order for the Liberated Borg race to show up in the character creator, you will need to completely log out of your account and back in.

I am still not seeing mine either, I bought the lifetime sub on Tuesday, well over 24 hours ago and I have logged out and rebooted my computer, still no Borg, I also only show 2 character slots when I should have 4. My account does show Lifetime flagged.
