A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I had this issue as well. As did one of my friends. I was foolish enough to leave the auto-update setting on, yet (oddly) my friend has his set to not auto update. Very strange, as it still forced the update on him (according to his words anyway).
It ended up not mattering too much, as I still can't create my borg captain ...
I'm currently still being pwned. 43% of the download complete. Oddly it has done this with the non-steam install I have which I downloaded when I got into the OB prior to purchasing the Deluxe Download via Steam.
