UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I got the Deluxe Download and I was supposed to get the TOS Uniforms.
Logged in and created my character and NO TOS uniforms in my options.
Where are they?
As has been stated dozens...and dozens...and dozens of times on these forums, in the Dev Chats, on Twitter, in interviews, and on the front page of this site on a few occasions:
ALL PRE-ORDER BONUSES ARE ACTIVATED BY YOUR RETAIL KEY, WHICH COMES WITH YOUR RETAIL BOX/DOWNLOAD ON FEBRUARY SECOND. THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL YOU ENTER THE RETAIL KEY WHICH, AGAIN, IS AVAILABLE ON FEBRUARY SECOND.
