nerfed it got, and hard, but it had to be done, good to see it nerfed already, now i wont have to abuse it to teach them feddies a lesson on op skills.

Giggle , this makes me feel slightly more confident about balancing, I may sub even if they keep up with it and deliver on klingon content.

MES is currently bugged. We'll be fixing it soon, but I wouldn't expect a return to it's former levels of power.

And as someone who used MES in beta, it was HORRIBLY overpowered

Could that be tuned to a more balanced level of power instead please? It was over powered now its useless Not so sure returning it to overpowered status is the best of ideas.

I agree. There's a lot of utility in keeping your reserve forces hidden, and that makes sense with the skill description.

Sir - the -main- thing that made this power useful was that you would 'decloak' when you fired, and cloak didn't allow that.

The power would be balanced and useful if it powered down weapons, and didn't make you 'cloaked' under 5k. There's still a great deal of utility in concealing movement without it being a superior replacement for cloak
