My Joined Trill bonus will not be accessible on my head start character in any way, so neither is compatible with the other offer. May I please have an exchange? I wasn't told anything in the advertisement or sale about these issues.

Couple more days won't kill ya. The game is in a hardly playable state as it is.

I think it is lame that by the time we get the items most won't be usefull to us. Guess my next toon will get to use them. Kind of a small fail by the marketing team. All preorders should get cryptic cash. Just like when the marketing team got nail for bad faith advertising with the atari preorder DD edition of them game.

I can't think of a game in the last few years where the pre-order bonuses have been available for pre-launch play. STO is no different.

Tried that a month ago when I pre-ordered the DD Edition THEN read the FAQ..... no dice.

What a bunch of hooey....but IM still having fun.

O-rly.... tell that to myself and 4 other fleetmates that have been flying missions for damn near 8 hours today. Had a lot of fun..... minor rubber banding....big whoop.
