I am having server connection timing out problems, and have never used a proxy. I doubled checked anyways. Still got a problem. They just simple screwed up something this time.

I have been online non-stop for 13 hours and been disconnected once during all those hours.
I have had some minor lag, but other than that the game has been as smooth as any other game that are out there.

Well, good for you want a cookie. Seriously, if you don't have something helpful to post, please refrain from trying to rub it in people's faces that they are having problems. I have been though at least 4-5 head starts before this one, and never had trouble, but saw scores of other people saying they were. Goodonya, Screw over the Aussies. 3am-5am PST (9PM-11PM AEST) is Aussie Prime time.

6am - 8am PST is better because no one in that time slot has a prime time. Unless you are considering that the mid pacific Islands have more customers. One of these days you septics are actually going to realise others exist.

So, if this is planned you obviously now must be considering compensation for your Australian customers.

Actually on Saturday, the time frame you gave us, would be Europe time to play, would be from 3pm to 5pm.... so you'd screw us there

That's why good MMOs have different servers for Europe and USA.... no problem with downtime/patches

Welp, Cryptic, first the US players whined, now those suspicious foreign-types are whining. There's just no winning. Just Whining. :p

Maybe some of your files are corrupted, or something on your computer is causing conflicts, or you have some outdated drivers, or your ISP isn't stable....there are many reasons why the game doesn't work 100% for everyone, but don't blame Cryptic for everything.

meh...I'm used to play a MMO that has weekly 2-3 hour downtime from 4pm to 6pm GMT+1 (and yes they have both EU and US servers), never bothered me one bit.

If you can't be without STO or a MMO game for 2 hours a week then you should go and see a doctor or go out and get some fresh air.
