Is anyone else finding they have sluggish controls? Not obviously laggy, just a slight slight delay in response time.

Is it meant to be like this or should I be messing with settings?

With the ship controls it's just fine but when I'm on an away mission, I find that while I'm fighting in combat mode, half the time my controls will reverse and when I move forward I move backward instead and I either have to readjust the camera and sometimes that works or I have to get out of combat mode and go back in it then I'm working good again. So I'm not sure what's causing that, I know it's not lag since I never have lag in this game, so maybe it's just buggy?

it's nothing, you haven't played Exploration Cruisers yet.

I'm seriously considering skipping that one and go Science or Tactical.

space combat seems "sluggish" to me using the keyboard/mouse, but its nice and responsive using a 360 controller.

Very much so, we're all getting that. And if someone thinks they aren't getting it, they are obviously not on the same page.

Well really it's bad... but still a relief, you don't really notice it in space anyway.

i've found it horribly laggy, both on input lags from controls and rubberbanding too.

First ship is a slug, and pretty much anything that isn't an escort is a slug.
