I have two questions.

#1, What is the Loot Threshold options for under Team Settings?

#2, Can you weld weapons and still have martial arts attacks?

The "Loot Threshold" is similar to other MMOs like WoW. If you're in a group, you can set the loot options for which type of loot. Green is uncommon, blue is rare, purple is epic, orange is legendary. If you're in a group and something of that quality drops then I think the game makes everyone roll for it.

Though since I haven't had that situation so far I can't tell you for sure.

With regards to the martial arts attacks I think you have to go bare-handed to use them. You can have one weapon equipped but not two.

Loot threshold determines the rarity the loot rules kick in. So Uncommon means they would apply to greens and above.

Not sure about the martial arts. I know you can hit someone with a gun in hand using rifle butt or a free hand, but not sure if the bonuses apply.

Tactical officers can get some martial arts abilities from kits, and those can be used when you have a weapon equipped.

Their cooldown isn't as quick as the bare hand attacks though I think.
