The devs have said that we'll probably only actually get access to those uniforms on the 2nd of January. So even if the code is on your account, the uniforms won't be available to you just yet.

I just put the code in for mine, and it said that it was activated, and then i went to my dashboard and hey headstart/preorder was gone. I'm kind of flabberghasted, especially going into the weekend. I hope this doesn't present problems when the server comes back up because i would like to play. GRRRRR.

The only pre-order item that should have been available for head start is the Borg player race.

It was probably a developer, they have all the bonuses on their accounts.

Could you provide a link to that evidence? I do not recall seeing a Developer stating this anywhere...
