A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
The Borg and Alien species (a few other too) have the trait known as Efficiency. This gives +5 to Shield, Engine, Energy Weapon and Auxillery efficiency.
Firstly does anyone know exactly what that means? By this I mean what is it doing exactly. As it stands its just a meaningless number with no explanation. What does it do?
Also the Symbiote for the joined-trill gives +3.3 for 4 skills and +6.7 for another (these are skills you use points in).
The second question relating to the Symbiote (or skills in general) is what exactly will that be doing for me? Is it 3 points already in that skill? Does it make that skill more powerful for me perhaps? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
