Well I just manage to do it via PayPal. I woul assume I don't get the extra character slots until it's completely processed right?

I purchased the 12-month subscription on Friday and the charge was already processed, but haven't received my extra slots as of yet.

if you dont have them open a ticket or /bug it. I did not 4 slots at first but they showed up a few hours later when I took a brake for dinner.
