I have sent in tickets several times in beta and now in live game play and I NEVER seem to get any resolutions to the errors...
Are others having similar experiences?
Devs can you please let us know if you plan on having some support system in game other than us sending in bug reports? (Which I guess does not help anyway cause much of the things that were broken in Beta are still broken...)
The beta excuse is over, everyone playing now has preordered the game and has paid to play... We are no longer beta testers but customers, so please answer where is the customer service?
