Seeing as I'm not alone in trying to catch in on the Feb 1 deadline of lifetime subscriptions, I'm basically confirming that those who are trying to get in late on the preorder/headstart program are now shafted since its the weekend and billing couldnt be <expletive> to help earn more $$$?

I'd just like to know, since I've got the cash to spend on STO and if I cant get in on the lifetime subscription, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I've had a billing ticket sitting there for 5 days now unanswered so they must be pretty backlogged, I'd phone them if I were you on Monday when they re-open again
