There is a lot I don't like about the game. A lot I do like and even more I would hope gets improved upon or altogether gotten rid of. I'm going to stay for the first six months to feel out Cryptic studio's response to the very large community here! There are a lot of people here with really brilliant minds and idea's freely diverging great idea's worth money to Cryptic; even so reputation. Idea's about crafting, exploration, diplomacy etc for this game. So... i will be waiting to see how cryptic handles its customer base after launch.

Considering the nature of MMOs, they are all pay for beta. With every new update, there are bugs that have to be worked out, once they hit the live server.

Stop your whinning and leave after your first month, you won't be missed I'm sure.

I did not like this game at first in OB, but now I am excepting it for what it is, and looked at what it Could become, I'm comming around, I like it.
It's just like every other Star Trek game in the last 10 years, but I like it enough to sub for life.

Quit right now if you were smart enough to pre-order from a brick and mortar retailer. Just call up customer service and tell them the head start they advertised on their site is not being delivered. They will care about your customer loyalty more than trying to contact cryptic to see what the problem is.

I for one have endured plenty of mmorpg launches. I enjoy the game for what it is.

Still debating whether to get the Lifetime or not. I stopped playing CO regularly, but I do like to go back and play with the CC every so often, and I have that LT, maybe if I could just transfer that LT to this game...
