The reason we don't get the same rewards for our 'quests', is because all of ours are pretty much repeatable. And these repeatable quests are used through out the levels for us. Exactly what quest do you expect to reward us with Blue items?

Unlike the Fed side, we do not have a list of one-time 'story' quests throughout the levels. These are where your nice quest reward loot is coming from. We need Klingon Episode content (not simply PvE), before we can have 'quests' with nice rewards.

Whats the MK II shield that drops from the escort the vulcan mission at level 3? If its not blue its still higher than the MKIV's we have access to.
