The various skills we can train in. Most BOff abilities are impacted by 3 skills that'll improve one or more aspects of the ability. For example, for Polarize Hull, Hazard Systems is one of the skills that improves the resist percentage.

If you are planning on PvP I would really have to recommend Science Team since it provides you immunity to a lot of the nasty Science debuffs for the duration that its up.
