Cryptic can't tell us why the server is down, or that its being worked on (I'm sure it is... I hope)...
So... Why do you think the server is down?

I'm guessing the servers are on fire because they have been running at 100% since they came up.

One thing that could be going on is the installation of the new server, and the night team at cryptic forgot to mention it.

I think an old cleaning lady was cleaning something she was not suppose to and fried something. That or she unplugged something important to run her vacuum.

I agree...I think it could prevent half of the people from getting angry if they just made a simple forum post explaining what is up...

wouldnt you install the new server BEFORE you launch the game????!!!!!

They forgot to swap hamster out of the power unit. And now the poot thing has died, resulting in the power supply to the server to be lost.

Maybe some circus elephants broke into the server room and knocked over the servers. I remember this happening to the EVE servers during an alliance tournament

some1 was fighting borg and they put them to sleep *like in that tng episode* and the server crashed due to the over load
