Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Deflectors buff science skills. Right click a deflector and select info to see which ones.
You can also press P while in space and click on any of your science skills you're currently using and it will tell you what type of deflector stats you need to get to buff that skill.
