Its the damn stupid set-up Cyptic has changed to theres 4+ servers you need to jump between account, log-in, charater selection and game servers, and you bouce back and forth at each step. Heck it appears you do this when you zone as well (resulting in each of these servers getting hit with 10000000 request a second).

Loads up just fine for me, sure your firewall isn't blocking the connection?
